Food Service Design by Jean was founded in 2006 as a full service commercial kitchen design consult business serving Kern, Tulare, Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Since 1986 I began my career in restaurant design layout and development and also in custom fabrication of stainless steel and mill work fixture shop drawings within the commercial kitchen industry. I have worked on many types of commercial kitchen projects located within California and Nevada.
